Dr. Samia Al Farra is a renowned International Education and School Improvement Consultant whose leadership has profoundly shaped academic institutions, global education standards, and policy development. With an impressive career spanning decade, she has been instrumental in advancing school governance, accreditation frameworks, and curriculum modernization, especially within the Middle East and international education systems.

As Chief Education Officer at Taaleem Management Group (2009–2014), Dr. Samia Al Farra led strategic initiatives that enhanced educational quality, leadership development, and institutional growth across multiple schools. Her long-standing leadership at Amman Baccalaureate School (1991–2009) was pivotal in introducing the International Baccalaureate (IB) system to the region, setting a new standard for globally recognized, student-centered education.

Her influence extends to education governance, serving 13 years on the Jordan Ministry of Education Council and holding leadership roles in the International Baccalaureate Academic Committee and Council of Foundation. As a founding member and former president of MEIBA, she has actively shaped international education standards.

Recognized for her contributions, she received the ECIS Award (1995) and the Lifetime Achievement Award at GESS. She has also chaired accreditation visits for CIS and NEASC and spoken at global education conferences, advocating for academic excellence and institutional transformation.

   Ehab Omar, is an architecture executive with a strong background in software development life cycle, process optimization, and digital transformation. He currently serves at US Accenture Federal Services, where he plays a pivotal role in streamlining business operations, enhancing software architecture, and driving efficiency in federal projects.

With a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Ehab possesses a deep understanding of agile methodologies, business process automation, and strategic IT consulting. His expertise spans software quality assurance, system integration, and enterprise architecture, making him an invaluable asset in organizations seeking to modernize and enhance their technology-driven workflows.

Sohair Awad is visionary in Education and Teaching

With a passion for education and a commitment to empowering students, Mrs. Awad embarked on her journey as a teaching assistant at the Higher Institute for Female Teachers. Her career took a transformative turn when she moved to the United Arab Emirates and joined the Ministry of Education as a special education teacher. Her dedication and expertise soon led her to become a program supervisor for individuals with special abilities, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape.

Sohair contributed significantly to various groundbreaking initiatives, including designing the gifted education curriculum, overseeing the development of special education classrooms, integrating drama into elementary school curriculums, managing the audiovisual learning program, and training educators on the renowned "CoRT" thinking program. She also played a key role in organizing and supervising prestigious events such as the National Conference for Gifted and Talented Students and the Arab Conference for Special Education for several years.
